RARE / VINTAGE - NEIL DIAMOND 1970 KHJ BOSS 30 (L.A. Radio Station) RADIO SURVEY - Features black & white photo of Neil Diamond with his tune title "CRACKLIN' ROSIE" below - August 26, 1970 - First / Only Printing Radio Survey issued in August of 1970 - 3 1/4" x 12" - UNfolded (most of the surveys were folded for distribution at record store counters, etc.), UNdistributed copy - Excellent / Pristine A-/B+ condition
