Returns mailed without it, may be refused and mailed back. The serial/identifying numbers are recorded and must match before a refund will be issued. Shipping is not refundable.
If the item returned is non-working/defective, our technicians will inspect it and/or run tests to confirm. If the item is found to be non-working, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
